How do I get the discounted rates for salon services?

To receive the discounted rates shown on our website, you must book and pre-pay for the service online. Bookings made in any other manner will not qualify for these discounts.

Can I reserve a slot without pre-payment?

All services booked through our website require full pre-payment for confirmation. A slot will not be reserved without pre-payment.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment at any time. However, if you cancel with 24 hours or more notice, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will receive a 75% refund of the service fees paid.

How do I reschedule my booking?

You can reschedule your booking without any penalties as long as it's done at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the cancellation policies apply.

I'm running late for my appointment. What should I do?

If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate you, there's no guarantee that service will be provided for late arrivals, and our cancellation policy may apply.

Can I make a booking in person or over the phone and still get the online discount?

No, the online discounted rates are exclusively for clients who book and pre-pay for their services through our website.

What payment methods do you accept online?

Credit card, PayPal, ShopPay, and Google Pay, are our supported methods of online payment.
