STEP 1
FIND SERVICES
Find the service or services you'd like to book on our home page, by navigating menus, or by using our search tool at the top of the website. BOOKINGS ARE ONLY CONFIRMED WHEN PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
STEP 2
SELECT YOUR FIRST SERVICE
To select your first service, click the "BOOK NOW" button associated with the service you'd like to book, select the date and time you'd like to make your booking, and then enter your contact details to continue, and then either add more services or check out.
STEP 3
CONFIRM OR ADD MORE SERVICES
Click 'View cart' to review your order, or click 'Check out' to confirm your order and pay, or click 'Continue shopping' to add more services to your booking.
BOOKING MULTIPLE SERVICES FOR THE SAME VISIT: Each service has an approximate time allocated to it so select the next timeslot for every additional service to book all services for the same visit and DON'T WORRY if you make a mistake or for some reason your timeslots aren't exactly one-after-the-other as we'll assume all your bookings are together if you've scheduled them for the same day. Your arrival time is the time of your earliest appointment.
BOOKING MULTIPLE SERVICES FOR DIFFERENT DAYS: You can select different days and times for each service so be careful to keep track of you appointments to avoid missed appointment fees.
STEP 4 - FINAL STEP
CONFIRM + PAY
CHECK YOUR CART to ensure your services and times are correct. Simply delete any services from your cart that aren't correct and re-book your desired service & time by searching or browsing the website.
LOCK-IN YOUR APPOINTMENTS BY COMPLETING THE PAYMENT PROCESS with your preferred payment method.
REVIEW & CONFIRM COMPLETED BOOKING
RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
Receive and check email conformation of your purchase and booking details.
