All services scheduled through our website, www.HillarysNails.com.au, necessitate full pre-payment to secure the appointment. No reservation will be made in the absence of such pre-payment.

The discounted rates displayed on our website are solely applicable to clients who schedule and pre-pay for their services online. Services booked through alternative methods will not be eligible for online discounted rates.

We accept online payments via popular methods including credit card, PayPal, ShopPay, and Google Pay.

Upon making an online reservation, you are required to use one of our online payment options, and the full amount for each selected service will be charged immediately.

Failing to attend a scheduled appointment, or altering the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, will incur a fee equal to 25% of the total cost of booked services.

Appointments may be rescheduled without incurring any penalty provided that the change is made at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the cancellation policies as outlined in the 'Cancellation Policy'.

Appointments may be cancelled at any time. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made with 24 or more hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a refund of 75% of the service fees paid.

Refunds are initiated promptly upon the cancellation of a service but may take several days to appear in your bank or credit card account, contingent upon your financial institution's processing timelines.

Gift cards and vouchers are available for purchase at our salon and will soon be available through our online store.

We accept walk-in clients. We recommend pre-booking to ensure service availability and to benefit from our special pre-pay pricing structure.
